Laura has been singing and dancing from an early age and has been involved in many musical productions as a principal performer.

She have been a member of Shout Productions, a successful musical production company, for a number of years and have performed numerous leading roles such as Serena in Fame, Sandy in Grease, and Jane in Disco Inferno. The company went on to become semi- professional and Laura performed as a principal in many concerts and also played Meatloaf in the noted Queen musical, ‘We Will Rock You’, at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton, and in Joanne in Rent at the Birmingham Hippodrome. 

Alongside performing with Impulse Productions in Shows such as Footloose, Laura teaches singing/music full time as both a private tutor and for establishments including Telford Stage School, Thomas Telford School and Midland Music Academy.

During her career as a teacher, Laura has taught in the classroom as a music specialist from ages 3 to 18 years. Mini Monsters Music combines Laura’s passions for singing and working with children. Laura runs her own music groups for parents and toddlers to foster key musical skills that will aid all areas of child development, and foster a love of music that will last a life time. Laura has been awarded a Certificate of teaching with ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music).

Laura continues to perform as lead vocalist in a disco band, as a cabaret artist, as well as in musical theatre productions to maintain and develop her own skills and passion for the stage.
