Meet Olivia Anderson: A Passionate Teacher
Olivia Anderson, one of our esteemed teachers, began her performing journey at a young age with the local Telford theatre group (T.O.G.Y). She has studied Speech and Voice, Drama, and Singing under the guidance of seasoned professionals, including Paul Arden Griffiths from the original cast of Phantom of the Opera. Olivia’s dedication to her craft is evident in her achievements, including three distinctions in her BTEC in Performing Arts from Thomas Telford School.
Olivia furthered her education with a degree in Drama and Education from Newman University in Birmingham. https://www.newman.ac.uk Alongside her studies, she was an original member of Impulse Productions, performing in numerous amateur musicals and plays across the West Midlands. Her notable roles include Mary in Jesus Christ Superstar, Ethel in Footloose, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, and Mary in Memory of Water. Olivia has also been hired for various charity events as a solo performer. In addition to her vocal talents, Olivia has studied piano and music theory from a young age and continues to play for pleasure.
